*When ordering replacement bulbs, please refer to the stamped number on the metal encasement piece near the base of your current bulb. You will see either AN9W/UV or AN9W/UVDC.

A470: Number on UV bulb is AN9W/UV. This bulb is used in the Star Nail 36 watt lamp with a Magnetic Ballast. If your UV lamp was purchased before Aug 2010, and weighs about 7 lbs, this replacement bulb will work in your UV Lamp.

DC475: Number on UV bulb is AN9W/UVDC. This bulb will work in your Star Nail 36 watt lamp with an Electronic Ballast. If your lamp was purchased after Aug 2010, and weights 4 lbs, this replacement bulb will work in your lamp.
